Hello friends! Hope you’re all doing well. Tonight’s video is a simple little sleep meditation. With each candle I light, I help guide you towards relaxation and (hopefully) sleep! We start by getting present, then get in touch with our breath, do a body scan, and try to put our hearts and minds at ease before drifting off to sleep. 😌
Some of you have been asking for more speaking videos, and specifically guided meditations. I know I don’t do them very often, but I tried to keep those requests in mind when choosing which video I wanted to make next!
