In this video, I am going to be trying ASMR without talking; 8 triggers from tapping, scratching, crinkling sounds, water sounds, and brushing. I am still new to ASMR so this is me trying my best to give you the most tingles :)
This video is intended to help with anxiety, relaxation, and sleep. Triggers include tapping, scratching, liquid sounds, crinkling sounds, and brushing.
