Welcome to our clinic. I’m sorry you are in so much pain. Perhaps you’ll follow the aftercare instructions next time and then we won’t end up in this situation again, will we? Good, I’m glad that’s clear. Oh and sorry we ran out of local anaesthetic but we did squeeze you in at the last moment and one cannot grumble when too many lollipops have been consumed.
Best you don’t mention the confusion between ears and teeth but they’re so close together and sometimes I get confused.
We do hope that you will return to our clinic.
