ASMR Quick Pampering Session | Silicone Pad, Plastic Wrap, Face Mask (no talking)

Time for a quick pampering video! I am “washing” the zoom H6 with a silicone cleaning pad. Then I apply the windscreen and I cover the mic with plastic wrap (one of my favorite tingle triggers) to brush with mascara wands and apply a pampering face mask!
Some of these sounds are really intense and sound amazing with headphones which is how I recommend you listen to ASMR!
What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a calming, pleasurable feeling often accompanied by a tingling sensation. This tingle is said to originate in a person's head and spread to the spine (and sometimes the limbs) in response to stimulation. The stimuli that trigger ASMR vary from person to person. ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli.
