This video is based on a request from Matthew Ward. Matthew asked for me to try and create really natural asmr triggers, such as breathing and unintentional mouth sounds. I tried to make this video a few times, but I found that I made the most natural sounds when I wasn't paying any attention. So, I decided to record myself getting absorbed in a book whilst drinking tea. Let's see what happens!
