ASMR Scalp Check with Bad Results (Dry Skin Removal, Dandruff Removal, Scalp Treatment) Medical RP
Today on your follow up appointment I will continue to remove more of your dry skin and extreme dandruff, give you a complete scalp check and treatment and help you feel better from this ongoing condition but don't worry everything will be ok and I will gently treat it for you.
Firstly I check the affected dry skin and red sore areas to see the condition of it and how well it has healed since our last appointment. I see that it looks better but you have still a lot of dry skin and dandruff to be removed so I begin to remove the dry skin with my medical instruments, tweezers and scissors.
I then check the rest of your scalp and immediately apply some numbing and antiseptic cream onto you red sores as they look quite pink and need treating straight away so that you don't suffer or feel any discomfort whilst I'm removing the dry skin from your scalp.
I continue to check and remove your dry skin slowly and gently and comb any dry skin through as some of it has ingrown on your hair. I also check your bald spots with my gloves and medical torch and I find that they are looking healthy and that your hair is growing back.
After I have removed quite a bit of the dry skin. I apply a nourishing scalp treatment on the back of your scalp and give you a small scalp massage to distribute it evenly whilst we discuss the next steps and your results.
I then check the rest of your scalp to see the condition of it and if it has spread or if there are any more areas of concern and find that there are a few but we will sort that out on your next follow up appointment.
I finish by combing your hair and applying your hair clips and arrange for your next appointment where I will be checking your scalp, removing more dry skin and apply another scalp treatment.
