Starting from zero. Week 12 back to training.
1 month post hair transplant. Finally cleared for sport.
Not heavy lifting.
Just: → Bodyweight exercises → Light weights → Resistance bands
30-minute home circuits: Push-ups, squats, rows, RDLs, lateral raises, curls, shrugs.
8-12 reps. 3 sets. Easy progressions.
Body loses strength in 1 month. Can’t rush back to heavy weight.
Starting smart is better than starting hard.
2-3 weeks home training, then back to gym.
