I got bitten by an ant and almost stepped bare foot on a wasp this morning. I'm hoping that's all my bad karma out of the way today so the rest can be good. I saved a spider yesterday so i thought my bug karma would be good maybe i've done too much good for bugs and now its balancing itself out. I'm just salty cause my foot still aches from the ant. Imma go to the gym and "thug it out" that's what the kids say yeah? if no, too bad I'm saying it anyway..
and yes, I know. my hair looks awful here.. and yes, I also know you probably didn't even notice or care but i did and it was bothering me while editing.

okay relevant information to the video.. ummmmmm.... there's light triggers and follow my instructions. some light arm stretches and guided breathing. as well as counting "sheep" to help you fall asleep. i'm also filming this one standing up again cause i was lazy and didn't wanna set up and all my gear was sitting where it was. am i boring you now? you clicked this video to rest and relax so you know maybe do that now.
