ASMR HAND MOVEMENTS and mouth sounds ✨ ASMR visual triggers for sleep
Hi everybody! In today's video, I decided to do it in Portuguese since some of you ask for it quite often hahaha. I wanted to bring hand movements with mouth sounds as I think they are great to watch and chill. Whenever I'm having periods of insomnia or anxiety, I try to watch ASMR videos with hand movements, especially when the movements are smooth and close to the camera lens, such as plucking for example.
In this video I also make movements with a wooden comb, plucking with scissor sounds, and camera brushing. All visual triggers :D
I really enjoy watching videos of ASMR hand movements with mouth sounds, I think it's a perfect combination of a visual and sound trigger, especially for sleeping.
