ASMR Sleep Lab: Check In & Health Check
Hello Lovelies...

Welcome to the sleep lab. I'm Nicola & i'll be checking you in today.
This is to help you & research purposes. I will go through a brief consultation with you & explain the process then i'll carry out a mini health check such as... Eyes, ears, mouth, touch & reflexes. Upon arrival you blood pressure & pulse was already taken so i don't need to redo that at this stage.
I will then get you ready for your night's sleep by connecting you to the ECG & EEG machine for overnight monitoring. I love the sounds during this part! Once I've done that i will let you get comfortable & i'll see you in the morning. I hope you enjoy this relaxing experience x

What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response, sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson.
