I was amazed at how long I was able to hold my breath during this female heartbeat video!
It may not seem like a log to you but I struggle with getting enough air on a regular basis...
All my other attempts have been weak compared to this one!
It was incredible to have my lungs so still to be able to hear and feel my own heart beating!
To nearly quite literally be able to feel the blood flowing through my veins while I held my breath was so intense I wish I did not need to come back for air!
