Tonight I have for you a 15 minutes sleep hypnosis video, with lots of blink on command to make your eyes super sleepy and make you drift off to sleep FAST!
This video includes soft spoken voice with a mix of ear to ear whispering (crisp and clear whispers) for extra tingles! Lots of finger flutters and of course, finger snapping to make you blink. We also have a few guided breathing exercises and guided relaxation of your body and mind.
First version includes soothing gentle rain sounds, and second version is pure whispers and soft spoken voice.

What is ASMR??
