Happy August, happy Sunday, happy day
Today’s session was filmed last Sunday, in July, with my friend Jordan. She is a yoga teacher and sound healer. It’s been so cool to watch her interest in sound grow over the last few years. Whenever I visit the Monterey Peninsula, I love to stay with her. She’s the best host, and I really enjoy my evening and morning routine with her. Please enjoy this part of our Sunday morning.
