Korean Hair ASMR | A beautiful bob transformation with a returning client after 2.5 years. ✨
This client returned to my salon after a long time, and I was truly grateful to create a new style together again.
She loves a light and soft silhouette rather than a heavy bob shape. Her goal was a natural curtain-like movement with clean lines and an elegant finish.
For this haircut, I used a graduation technique to create balance, movement, and a lighter feeling around the shape.
Graduation is not simply cutting hair at one angle. The angle of elevation changes the weight and movement of the haircut. Lower graduation creates more weight and a softer shape, while higher graduation creates more movement and lighter texture.
In haircut design, angles from 1 degree to 89 degrees create graduation effects. A 90-degree elevation becomes a square layer, creating a different structure and weight distribution.
Understanding these small differences is what allows a stylist to customize a haircut for each person's lifestyle and desired image.
After creating the shape, the blow dry process brought out the natural movement, softness, and shine of the bob.
Every client has a different idea of beauty. My goal is not to create the same haircut for everyone, but to create the style that feels right for each person. ❤️
