Hey Guys!
Tonights video is a trigger assortment of some of my favorite triggers for deep sleep and relaxation! I honestly fell asleep a few times while editing lol.
This trigger assortment contains scissor sounds, a haircut, wiggly the caterpillar, crinkly sounds, ice globes, water sounds, tapping, scratching on plastic, some hair and body oil, hand and body stroking, cutting sounds, intense mouth sounds/inaudible whisper and more :)
Reminder: Set your alarm, dimm the light, shut any noise, wear your headphones, close your eyes and RELAX :)
