Fold Clothes Immediately: As soon as your clothes are dry, fold them right away to prevent wrinkles from forming. Leaving them in the dryer or on a hanger can also cause creases to form. Store Folded Clothes Properly: After folding your clothes, store them in drawers or on shelves.

How to properly dry clothes after washing: a few tricks
Getting the item out of the washing machine is only half the battle. Next, it still needs to be dried properly. How is it that for some housewives things dry quickly, smell nice, look beautiful and don’t even need to be ironed, while for others they dangle for a long time, remain damp and wrinkled? We will share with you useful life hacks on how to dry clothes after washing easier and faster.

Lifehack 1. Shake.
When removing laundry from the washing machine, shake each item vigorously until it pops. This will straighten out all the folds of the fabric and give it a shape for drying. Often this procedure will make it easier or even eliminate the need to iron the item.

Life hack 2. Turn it inside out.
Firstly, this will make it easier for air to reach the seams, which usually take the longest to dry. Secondly, marks from clothespins are not so clearly imprinted on the inside. And thirdly, this is very important on the street: summer midges or a accidentally passing well-fed bird can inadvertently stain your light, plain underwear, and from the inside it will be less noticeable even if you have to wash the item.

Life hack 3. Minimum layers.
Do not throw things over the rope twice, but hook them in one layer if possible. Remember: the fewer folds and layers, the faster your laundry will dry and the longer the fresh smell will remain.

Life hack 4. Distribute along the rope.
When clinging to a thing, try not to move it into a pile, but rather distribute it along the entire length of the rope. But do not stretch, otherwise your clothes, especially knitwear, will become deformed. Make sure that the clothespins do not roll along the rope, but fix the wash where you attach them.

Life hack 5. More air.
Be sure to straighten a T-shirt, sweater, dress, and pants from the bottom so that an air layer is formed inside and the wet fabric does not stick together - the fewer layers and more air, the faster the item dries.

Life hack 6. Use hangers.
A knitted item will not lose its shape and will not stretch if you hang it not just on a rope, but put it on hangers. Just choose thin hangers, without unnecessary bends and the size of the item, otherwise they will print and blow out on the sleeves. To prevent the item from flying off the hanger, and the hanger itself from the rope, secure everything with clothespins

Life hack 7. Turn it over.
Turn bulky items, towels or bed linen periodically - this will help them dry faster.
