[ASMR] Energy Healing | A Relaxing Break | Reiki
This video is great for a mid-day or morning reset for your nervous system and your body, a break from a busy or an overwhelming day. It's a rather short one. I use my selenite wand, the nutshell bracelet, Koshi chimes and I let Reiki flow as well as do my intuitive energy pulling and healing. I speak a medium amount:) I hope you are taking care of yourselves and that you remember how beautiful and magical you are in every single moment. I recently got out of an abusive situation and my nervous system is a bit all over the place these days. I am excited about jumping on a live with you guys, but I am not in the position to do that yet as I am still in the process of finding a secure place to live and such.
