Hello Friends!!
I am super excited to release this. So excited, that I'm just going to drop it in the middle of Halloween!
It's been a VERY tumultuous time for me lately. The end of a relationship that I thought would last forever, moving, new job and a preplanned two week trip in the middle of it! This channel, (and social media) had to take a backseat to my mental health. To me, NOTHING is more important, because I know without mental health NOTHING else ends up mattering.
