In this ASMR chakra alignment session, I’ll gently guide you through each chakra using tuning forks and their associated frequencies, allowing the sound and vibration to do the work for you.
There’s nothing you need to focus on or follow perfectly. You can close your eyes, relax your body, and simply listen as we move slowly from chakra to chakra, giving your energy and nervous system space to soften, balance, and settle.
This is a calm, grounding experience designed to help you unwind, release tension, and feel more centred. If you start to feel heavy, floaty, or drift in and out of sleep, that’s completely natural — it means your system is responding to the frequencies.
