Homemade Muffins ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ๐Ÿ“ Raspberry & White Chocolate ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿซ

Doing some baking today! These muffins are a SNACK ๐Ÿ‘…๐Ÿท๐Ÿฝ and they freeze great so you can enjoy them all, enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 + 3/4 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup melted Butter
1/2 cup Honey
2 Eggs, room temperature
1 cup Greek Yoghurt
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup Raspberries
1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips

Steps
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
2. To the large bowl add the flour, sifted baking powder, sifted baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
3. To the medium bowl add melted butter and honey and whisk. Add eggs and whisk. Add vanilla extract and yoghurt and whisk again.
4. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients in the large bowl, and mix.
5. Lightly coat raspberries with flour.
6. Add raspberries and chocolate chips to the batter. Fold through
7. Line muffin tray with cupcake liners.
8. Divide batter between muffin cups.
9. Bake muffins for around 15 minutes, turning the tray around about halfway.
10. Allow muffins to cool.
11. Freeze left overs.
