* Film a 1-5 minute landscape video of you doing ASMR
* If you don't have a mic or not comfortable showing your face that's totally fine
* If you have your own ASMR channel feel free to edit the name we all would love to check out your channel
* Just remember to have fun with it do whatever triggers you want or love.
