Well, i'm at the point where i'm trying to figure out if this kind of videos are relatable and helpful or simply depressing lol. Anyway, it's just me talking to myself/you about feelings, why we divide them into good and bad, accepting the need of outside help, how nothing matters but everything matters, and why you need to stay with us on this planet. You know, just random 1pm thoughts.
I used to make these unscripted thought flows as a part of my regular mental health updates series. But i realised i like listening to interviews, podcasts or people rambling before i fall asleep, so why not make it into #ASMR? It's still genuine and personal, just a different vibe.
