ASMR| Comforting Nurse Examines YOU Role Play! PANIC ATTACK? you're FAINTING! For Sleep + Relaxation
Hey my lovely peaches! Fun fact this actually happened to me in person at a Starbucks! A young individual was having a panic attack because they had misplaced their purse. They were so stress and had not eaten all day that they fainted while waiting for their food.
I quickly went to help and put their head on my lap and told them to not get up because they could get hurt. The person was pale, sweating, hot, and extremely dizzy finding it hard to breathe. I could literally feel their heart beating out of their chest, so fast too! I reassured them that everything was going to be okay and that I was not going to leave them alone. I had asked their loved one to try and find their purse to help relive their stress.
My friend got them a cool rag to put on their head and we did deep breathing excesses. Their loved one had found their purse and they were starting to feel much much better. (of course ambulance came to make sure they were ok :))
From this experience I realized to always help others. It felt so good to see them do better and their gratitude was just a bonus and greatly appreciated. If you lovely peaches are experiencing a lot of stress and panic attack please SLOW down. What ever it is that is bothering you can wait and you need to focus on you. YOUR HEALTH IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN ANYTHING IN THIS WORLD!
