I once was someone who was stuck in the fight-or-flight response and constantly being the victim of my own life.

Creating the same negative experiences.

Pushing away friendships, lovers, family and new opportunities.

ALWAYS seeing the world as if everyone is out to get me.

Perceiving the world as a dangerous place and NEVER feeling safe.

ALWAYS anxious, nervous, insecure and toxic.

NOW...I can FINALLY speak from the other side..

Feeling safe, in-tune, secure, grounded and overall feelings of being OK.

The breath has been my ally.

My go-to.

My saving grace.

And it all starts with intentional breathing. :)
