When I eat these my family usually say to me why are you eating that? Its unhealthy for you! So I googled why its so unhealthy and covered this topic in our video. It's basically high in salt content and has poor nutritional value.
To make it a healthier snack/lunch/dinner I sometimes add
Cabbage
Lettuce
Beef
Chicken
Watercress
Spinach
Kaffir lime leaf
And I almost always add
Lime
Eggs
