Tea vs coffee. The debate that won’t die.

Spoiler: neither one is a superhero, neither one is a villain.

Green tea has real benefits — but it also brings fluoride, oxalates and tannins to the party. Depending on your health, your timing, and what you eat with it, that can backfire.

Coffee gives you the caffeine kick you love — but too much messes with your stress, your sleep, your cortisol, and even your cholesterol.

Stop treating this like a Marvel fight. It’s not “which one wins.” It’s “which one fits your body, your stress, your goals right now.”

That’s the whole answer.
