Well we have come close to the end of the year 2019, looking forward to 2020, it is time to release.
Release any stagnation or emotions that have stuck themselves in the tight crooks of our body. We will work to release tension from the neck, shoulders, lower back, inner, and outer hips.
If emotions rise while you are working out the kinks, breath into and honor them. This is how we begin to move through them.
This yoga class is appropriate for beginner to expect. I suggest a cushion and a yoga block.
