and welcome to today's video. Today I'm going to take care of your headache by giving you a stress relieving head and scalp massage. I'm going to be using my fingers and different massage tools, including my healing stones. There will be a lot of variation (slow and faster movements, short and long strokes, rotating movements) and this way we're going to loosen the tension and also reduce your headache until you fall asleep.
There will be a lot of tingly and crispy sounds, a lot of whispering and gentle movements.
