ASMR Reiki for Letting Go of Fear & Anxiety before Bed
Hello and welcome, beautiful soul. I am so glad you have found your way here.
Tonight, we are going to be gently releasing any fear, worry, or anxiety that may be stored in your energy body. In this deeply relaxing ASMR Reiki session, you have nothing to do but allow yourself to receive the healing energy, soothing sounds, and gentle whispers designed to guide you into a state of profound peace and deep, restorative sleep. You are safe, you are held, and you are supported by a field of unconditional, loving energy.
This material is safe to share, even though you're getting an experience usually reserved for people taking the courses. We will work with the understanding that fear is a mechanism of tension, and tonight, we are dissolving those boundaries and inviting in trust and openness.
