Unintentional ASMR Sleep Inducing Back Neck & Scalp Massage with @asmraugust
I'm thrilled to say that @asmraugust visited the Bothy Therapy Room last week and filmed this cosy little treatment. We begin by checking out which essential oils will work well for August in a massage, using kinesiology, then settle down to an hour's therapy concentrating on the back, hips, shoulders, neck and finally the scalp.
