Hey everyone, I FINALLY got some sort of pocket wifi router, it's incredibly incredibly slow though, I don't have any internet ports in this room. I'm pretty sure I'm in a building full of elderly people, which I'm quite happy with because I wanted somewhere silent for ASMR and study. Anyway I've started uploading this basically straight away :)

I've started classes fully now, I'm actually quite tired, I'm not used to returning a sort of school type of setting. I'm enjoying it so much and studying lots. However right now it's the hard part of moving in where you need to buy a bunch of things for the apartment, I need things to organise my clothes, I don't have hangers, my stuff is literally all over the floor. My train ride is usually quite long and crowded as well, it's unbearable to have heavy bags full of stuff on a crowded train, I just feel like I'm in everyone's way. I've just applied for a bank account but I have to get a week to see if it's accepted, I don't have a credit card so I'm SO limited here. I can't use any online services like amazon or mercari. I had no idea that credit cards were so important. I wouldn't have been able to set up a mobile sim plan if my mum didn't have a credit card & didn't come with me, I would've had to have gone for an expensive option and have used sakura mobile or mobal or something.

I'm still working out how to budget everything after rent, I don't really have a space to cook, the most I can really make is instant noodles to be honest. If you have any cheap recommendations for dinners please let me know! I've applied for a commuter pass so I'm just waiting on that! Also Japan is cheap because of the weak yen, but it doesn't feel thatttt cheap, idk. Using the train a lot definitely adds up fast. I definitely have to watch my spending. I brought my figure skates and wanted to skate here, but honestly, I sadly don't think I can afford it. I'll try and go at least a few times a month if I can, it would be sad to love all my progress again.

I've met some really cool people in my class and it's been so much fun getting to know about them! There are so many people here I want to make friends with. There are a couple of class clowns though as well and it genuinely shocks me. One guy burped during the class and I couldn't believe it, so disrespectful. To spend all the money to come here and study and not to take it seriously is just beyond me. It's the same two people, walking in late, smiling and purposefully mispronouncing words just to be funny. Jarring.

I will write things down when I think of things I've wanted to say, because there's been so much going on my head is a bit of a mess ;') but yeah, thank you for supporting me everyone. I really appreciate the lovely comments, I want to get back into my ASMR game asap. I finally have wifi so time to start watching and planning videos :D going to create a new ASMR box full of new items
