Nobody’s making a Netflix documentary about my Tuesday. And that’s the whole point!

Fat loss isn’t a cinematic montage with sad violins and a sweaty redemption arc. Most of it is doing the same boring stuff while your life stays completely normal around it 🤷‍♂️

The habits look like nothing on day 1. Look like nothing on day 10. Then somewhere around week 12 you check the mirror and realize they were doing math the whole time 💪

Stop treating consistency like a personality test you fail every Monday. It’s just routine. Boring, repeatable, slightly annoying routine.

That’s the art!
