Скажу честно, видео грязным вышло не специально.. Мне кажется, что с пастой просто физически невозможно снимать аккуратные видео. Как ни старайся, все равно по итогу весь с ног до головы в этой пасте останешься🥲
Мокрый мел Старый Оскол и Дачный
Паста из глин Кембрийская и башкирская Бриз.
Паста получилась ну ооочень вкусная😍 Сливочно-пломбирный вкус Кембрийской просто ни с чем не стравить, обожаю эту глину в виде пасты. От бриз земельные нотки, как будто мокрая почва и все вместе было очень вкусно. Готова была просто ложкой эту пасту есть.
Как вы могли заметить, особенно в начале видео, я грызла медленно (кому нужно, ускоряйте видео), так как в песочных сортах мела очень часто попадаются ракушки и можно повредить зубы или десна, поэтому всем настоятельно рекомендую очень аккуратно грызть все песочные сорта мела!
Но на этот раз мне повезло и оба кусочка попались чистыми.
Старый оскол - песочный мел средней плотности, шершавый, не монолитный, во рту крошится как печенье, крупинка не тает и хрустит до конца даже в мокром виде. Вкус цемента, как на стройке, в сухом виде более ярко выражен вкус, нежели в мокром. Сорт сухой, без намека на сливочность и жирность.
Дачный - лично для меня эти два сорта не особо отличаются. Единственное, мне показалось, что у Дачного менее грубая песочность, крупинка мягче и сам по себе мел тоже, как по мне, мягче. Вкус тот же, только можно еще уловить аптечные нотки. Сухой сорт, без намека на жирность и сливочность, крупинка хрустит до конца.
Опять же, лично для меня эти два сорта в мокром виде без пасты были бы пресные. Паста из глин добавила яркости и насыщенности во вкус, без нее было бы не то.

To be honest, the video didn’t come out dirty on purpose.. It seems to me that it’s simply physically impossible to shoot neat videos with paste. No matter how hard you try, you will still end up covered in this paste from head to toe
Wet chalk Stary Oskol and Dachny
Paste from Cambrian and Bashkir Breeze clays.
The paste turned out to be very tasty 😍 The creamy, sealed taste of the Cambrian simply cannot be matched with anything, I love this clay in the form of a paste. The Breeze had earthy notes, like wet soil, and the whole thing was very tasty. I was ready to just eat this pasta with a spoon.
As you may have noticed, especially at the beginning of the video, I chewed slowly (who needs it, speed up the video), since sand varieties of chalk very often contain shells and can damage your teeth or gums, so I strongly recommend everyone to chew all sand varieties of chalk very carefully!
But this time I was lucky and both pieces came out clean.
Old Oskol - medium-density sand chalk, rough, not monolithic, crumbles in the mouth like a cookie, the grain does not melt and crisps to the end even when wet. The taste of cement, like that of a construction site, is more pronounced in its dry form than in its wet form. The variety is dry, without a hint of creaminess or fat content.
Dachny - for me personally, these two varieties are not very different. The only thing is that it seemed to me that Dachny has a less coarse sandiness, the grains are softer and the chalk itself is also, in my opinion, softer. The taste is the same, but you can still catch the pharmaceutical notes. Dry variety, without a hint of fat or creaminess, the grain is crunchy to the end.
Again, for me personally, these two varieties would be bland without paste when wet. The clay paste added brightness and richness to the taste; without it it would not have been the same.
