Foot massage to ease you pain. You join me with my client Laura who as a busy childminder is constantly on her feet. She mentioned to be that after a long day on her feet they ache, she sometimes gets mild pain underneath possibly mild plantar fasciitis. She also mentioned pain in the heal.
So here we did all over foot massage i wanted to focus on the sole of the foot but also the tendons of the toes and heel.
for me whenever we work on anything we want to cover everything but allow our hands to find where needs the most focus.
