Why you quit after missing one workout

Why you quit after missing one workout.

Bad: Miss one → Quit everything → Start over Monday → Repeat forever.
Good: Miss one → Feel guilty → Force next session → Hate it → Eventually quit.
Excellent: Miss one → "Life happened" → Adjust schedule → Move on → Continue.

The difference: All-or-nothing vs Flexibility within consistency.

Missing 1 workout in 10 = 90% consistency. Quitting after missing 1 = 0% consistency.

90% beats 0% every time.
Plus: Identity shift from "I try to work out" → "I'm someone who trains."

Training isn't about perfection. It's about consistency over time.
Stop trying. Start being.

Comment: What breaks your consistency?
