Reiki ASMR | Negative Energy Removal ✨ Plucking & Snipping ✨ Meditative Countdown
Hello my merry meridians, with the holiday season coming up I thought it would be nice to have a calming classic reiki session where there will be no expectations of you, so you can just relax and de-stress. And then if you get stressed at any point during the holidays you can always come back for a quick energy pick me up!
We will be doing some plucking and snipping, negative energy pulling, gentle hand movements, energy cleansing & healing, personal attention, guided meditation, and more. And be finishing with a meditative countdown along with some gentle chimes. I'll be doing a mixture of very softly speaking and whispering.
