Hi! :) This is a reiki healing session to help support your gut health. Use this session for any digestive disorders, or gut health related issues. The nervous system plays a huge role in stomach related issues, and Reiki sessions can really help with that.

*Working though these emotions will help heal your painful symptoms and reduce flare ups.

- Solar plexus chakra
- Sacral chakra

- Tigers eye
- Orange calcite
- Sodalite,
- Blue kyanite
*Red Jasper is also a good one for this kind of healing, but wasn’t used in this session today.
