Hope you enjoy this video in which i count down from 50 tà 1 to hopefully help you ease into a nice and deep sleep. 😊
Also, i thought it might be nice to add in something extra and i thought liquid sounds (water) might be some nice background noise for extra tingles.
I added some timestamps so you can start at a lower number if you don't have that much time. 😊
