PAINFUL CHINESE MASSAGE FOR MY BACK & NECK PAIN
I tried a high pressure Chinese massage in Shenzhen… and they really didn’t hold back.
This was a deep, heavy-handed neck, shoulder and back massage, similar to Tui Na style. The pressure was intense, using strong elbows and full body weight — definitely not your typical relaxing spa experience.
Despite how rough it looks, these guys are serious professionals who clearly know what they’re doing. The treatment left marks on my skin, but it worked through some serious knots and tension in my back and shoulders.
