🥛 DIY Almond Milk
(Yields about 2L)
* A handful of raw almonds, soaked overnight
* A couple pinches of salt
* 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
* Water

🔧 How to:
1. Blend the soaked almonds with just enough water to get it going—add salt and vanilla here too.
2. Scoop out 100g (about 3 Tbsp) of almond paste and blend it with 400–500ml of water.
3. Strain through a cheesecloth.(Tip: Dry the leftover pulp and grind it to make almond flour! I use a coffee grinder and it works well!)
4. Pour the milk into a clean glass container.
5. Store in the fridge for 3–5 days.

💡 I use 100g paste + 400ml water.
You can adjust the ratio to your taste—
More water = lighter milk,
Less water = creamier.
