We all have them. Those little voices inside our head. The voices that keeps telling us that we're not good enough. Not trying hard enough. Failing.
"Loser" they say. Why are you not smarter? Thinner? More muscular?
Telling them to stop is difficult. Getting them to stop even more so.
I can assure you that if I could I would tell them to leave you the fuck alone.
They're wrong about you.
There is nothing wrong with you.
You're smart, sweet, funny, strong and SO lovable.
And I feel like you need a little reminder of just that right now.
