Hello my chipper cheerios, today's reiki session will be very comforting and cozy, to help you quiet down your mind, and heal you of energy that isn't serving you anymore.
We'll be doing a few deep breathing exercises before doing some plucking and energy healing, with lots of soft fabric sounds throughout. I'll be softly speaking throughout.
