ASMR tattoo tracing | hand movements | hand sounds | ACCOUNT HACKED issues?

I uploaded this video yesterday but it was kept as private. I was in bed reading a book and the last I had seen of my account was when I uploaded a picture to my community tab. I received a notification of a comment and couldn't figure out why, (according to the thumbnail and description) my video of this morning was on here twice. Imagine my surprise to find that this video had been made public and it wasn't an exercise video but my tattoo tracing video that I had uploaded after it was deleted but not by me. It was not my doing. So, someone else has access to my account because it certainly wasn't me and if it wasn't me, who in the hell was it?
