ASMR Relaxation & Mindfulness to Start the New Year / Mic & Fabric Scratching, Brushing, Whispers
Hi there,
The year 2025 is coming to an end (or maybe it already has when you're watching this video).
To make sure you are starting the new year with a positive mindset, I thought we could practice some mindfulness and gratitude and reflect on our favorite moment from the past year.
Of course I'm doing some gentle fluffy mic scratching, soft fabric scratching, mic brushing and lots of tingly whispering to also help you relax.
