In this video, I’ll mainly be tapping the night away at a few varied textures and speeds. There are also bonus ASMR triggers, including scratching, sticky fingers, thinking sounds / mouth clicking, Italian whispers and some experimental ear cupping towards the end. I hope you enjoy!
This “ASMR Unfiltered” series is focused on simple ASMR triggers, such as whispering, tapping, scratching, crinkling, etc. Some segments have somewhat of a theme, while others comprise of a random and diverse collection of objects. ASMR Unfiltered is generally unscripted, and edited just enough as to remove sudden sounds, unwanted noises, and you may sometimes find the occasional silly hashtag thrown in for good measure. :P
The fish bowl is back by popular demand! It was requested by quite a few of you, so I was excited to include it again. You can see the first time I incorporated it here:

- I’ve said it once before, but it bears repeating now: I love rain sounds, and I feel like sometimes tapping sounds like the gentle pitter patter of rain against a window sill.
- At one point I began to tap to the rhythm of Anathallo’s “Dokkoise House”. Parts of that song sound like they are rain-pitter-patter inspired as well. :]
- I prefer the term 'thinking sounds' to 'mouth clicking', which I recently found out was first coined in an ASMR video by Heather Feather.

ASMR can help provide relief from insomnia, depression, stress, and anxiety, and I really hope that I can help others to find more peace in their day. However, I'm not a professional, and because of that, I want to at least point you in the right direction if you’re looking for long term help for your anxiety and depression:
