This football ⚽ and beach volleyball 🏐 player came with tight calves and shoulder which had been impacting his performance. He had never had a recovery massage to address these issues. This was his first time to experience the benefits of post sports massage.
To achieve an improvement in his issues, I had to do some intense work on his calves, hamstrings, glutes, and rotator cuff muscles. Just as he felt, the body is completely interconnected, which is why the best way to address discomfort is to work on the entire muscle chain involved.
