what’s ASMR?
ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is comparable to a cozy sensation evoked by specific sounds called ASMR triggers. These triggers range from auditory cues like whispering or tapping to visual stimuli such as gentle movements or close-up shots. While the ASMR experience varies from person to person, not everyone may experience the tingling sensation triggered by these stimuli.
