Sound Healing Meditation with Reiki Live Class | Sound Bath with Singing Bowls for Relaxation
I am so excited to share a recording of one of my sound healing mediation classes - thank you to my participants for being in this video! This was a very powerful experience for me as there was energy from those in the room as well as future viewers of this video - in other words I felt double the energy I usually feel when I either record for viewers or play for a class. The participants commented on and felt this as well. I loved the experience so much that I hope to record more of these! This sound healing meditation includes shamanic drum, Kindred Spirit drum, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, wind chimes, rattles and more.
