Today we will be connecting with our third eye chakras to allow our intuition to guide us forward. We will be releasing burdens of the past and projections sent to us by others.
This session was inspired by moments that we wish we could take back or go back in time and react differently to. To allow for healing and cleansing to take place I suggest to connect with your breathe and allow your mind and body to finally relax🌱🪻
