Why Does Life Feel So Fast Now? 💛 Cozy Sunday Slowdown
Today’s Sunday Slowdown turned into one of those chats where my brain just kept connecting dots. 🤔
We started coloring… and somehow ended up talking about hustle culture, simple living, nostalgia, slowing down, old routines, grandparents, social media burnout, and why so many of us feel tired all the time now.
I watched another creator earlier today talking about how even after years of success online, all she really wants now is a slower, quieter life. And honestly… I think a lot of us are starting to feel that way. 😫
Somewhere along the line, it started feeling like every second of our free time needed to be productive. Improve yourself. Optimize yourself. Hustle harder. Do more. And I think a lot of people are waking up and realizing they don’t actually want their life to feel like that.
So today we’re slowing it down together and talking about what really matters, what actually brings peace, and why simple moments might be more important than we’ve been taught. ✨
Also… the dogs are back in the room again, the colored pencils took me into a full childhood flashback, and I still don’t know if I like how this picture turned out. 😂
